What does the programme cost?

The programme is £899, with a deposit of £99 which is deduced from the total price.

You can either pay upfront, or in instalments across two months. In some cases, people choose to pay weekly.

Payment arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis, so that you can enter the container without feeling strained.

How is it delivered? Is it live calls?

Yes, this programme is all 1:1 live Zoom calls (or in-person meetings) between you and me. We arrange these at a time which works for us both, and can be very flexible if needed.

We have one hour-long call a week (unless we rearrange due to holidays or sickness), and you also have access to me via WhatsApp for check-ins, updates, and on-the-go support.

In some cases, calls can go up to 90 minutes.

Is this a group container?

No, this is a 1:1 programme.

However, throughout there are opportunities to connect with the other people working with me in the programme, and this could include additional group meetings. Group work is arranged on a programme-by-programme basis, dependant on the needs of each cohort.

What if I have holidays booked during the 6 weeks?

This isn't a problem - every single cohort so far has included people who are away for periods of time.

We simply arrange the sessions around your holiday, and this is done on a case-by-case basis.
